Adjudicators generally aim to issue an order approximately 6-months after an appeal transitions into the order-drafting stage. Please note that this is a general guideline, and may vary depending on the complexity of issues, the number of parties and the adjudicator’s file load.

 As Appeal MA17-295 entered the order-drafting stage in July 2018, I will check back with the Adjudicator Review Officer assigned to me in January 2019 for a more precise estimate of when the adjudicator expects to issue an order. Thank you for your support!
