Re-open public toilets.

Lockdown is easing. Summer is on the horizon. People drink too much and naturally need to evacuate themselves. In the absence of toilets this will be against garden gates, between cars, up lanes, in gardens, in doorways, in public generally. Unpleasant sight and unpleasant smell and a risk to public health. It was , after all, the introduction of a sewage system in London, in the 19th century, that put paid to cholera epidemics. We have the sewage system now and the toilets but bizarrely we aren't using them. Please sign this petition if you think this is madness
