The ownership and management of the Congress have been responsive and welcoming to the community in their 7 years of managing the building. The community respectfully requests that the City end the Deleterious Impact proceedings.  The community would prefer to meet directly with the management of the theater, community leaders and public safety officials to set policies and goals for the theater.
