Allow the volunteers to continue their livesaving work at the Orange Cove shelter

The Issue

For two years, the Orange Cove, CA pound has been operating as a No Kill shelter, thanks to the efforts of the volunteers. The city has now decided to ban the volunteers and will return to operating as a killing facility. The past two years have cost the city no money and no manpower, yet they have made an arbitrary decision to do away with an incredible volunteer program, which will result in the deaths and suffering of animals that are lost or abandoned in the city or Orange Cove.
