BIG NEWS: Courtroom battle with Gov. Pritzker Tuesday

CRITICAL DAY IN COURT TOMORROW AGAINST LAWYERS FOR GOV. PRITZKER TO RESTORE HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS.

Tuesday, our lawyers will be arguing two critical motions against Gov. Pritzker and the Illinois Attorney General's office and the outcome could decide the future of our kids in school.

We are attempting to STOP the Governor's Motion to Transfer the case to Sangamon County where he has had favorable rulings. If the judge allows it, we will also be arguing a Motion for Summary Judgment against Pritzker, that he violated the equal protection of high school students in violation of the Illinois Constitution.

If our attorneys win on Tuesday, kids everywhere win! Our high school students win and families win!
