Waiting for judge's ruling on Illinois high school sports!

UPDATE ON TUESDAY'S HEARING FOR HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS AGAINST GOV. PRITZKER'S ATTORNEYS!

On Tuesday, our attorneys argued against attorneys for Gov. Pritzker at the Illinois Attorney General's office. 5 attorneys represent Gov. Pritzker.

Remember America has filed a Motion for Summary Judgment to force a hearing on Pritzker's violations of equal protection in the cancelation of high school sports WHILE ALLOWING Illinois college and professional sports to play. There is NO RATIONAL BASIS for Gov. Pritzker to discriminate against high school students and their families. This discrimination has led to high school suicides.

Gov. Pritzker's attorneys filed a Motion to Transfer the case to Sangamon County, where they have a friendly judge. Our attorneys argued against that. We will have a ruling from this judge in a few days and we will update you with the result.
