Big Update on our Lawsuit Against Gov. JB Pritzker!

This has been a terrible week for America. It's very hard to watch bad people destroy what's right and promote all the things that are wrong. There is only one thing that we can do: Fight back! 

And that is what we are doing with our SECOND lawsuit against Gov. J.B. Pritzker on behalf of kids and their parents. In late December, we filed a lawsuit against Gov. Pritzker on equal protection grounds for canceling high school sports across the state. Our attorney is representing families of high school athletes - including one family whose son committed suicide in late October. Millions of other kids have been hospitalized for bulimia, depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. Thousands of others have lost the scholarships they needed to go to college. That is why we filed this lawsuit - for them!

Last week, our attorney filed a Motion for Summary Judgment in LaSalle County to force a hearing on the issue. Tuesday, Gov. Pritzker's lawyers filed a with the Illinois Supreme Court to transfer the case before a judge friendlier to him. He is NOT supposed to use the Illinois Supreme Court to change venues to ones friendly to him and this smacks of a POLITICAL FIX. We cannot allow him to do that and our lawyer is filing motions to FIGHT BACK.
