Gov. Pritzker RESPONDS to our new school lawsuit, student suicide

Gov. Pritzker HAS RESPONDED to our NEW LAWSUIT against him and the Illinois High School Association for violating the equal protection rights of teen students in the cancelation of high school sports while allowing college and professional sports to play.

One of the plaintiffs in our lawsuit is the mother of a boy, TREVOR, who committed suicide due to Gov. Pritzker's unconstitutional restrictions in late October. Trevor was a great kid. He was president of his class, an athlete, and a musician. He had a tremendous future - but Gov. Pritzker took all of that away.

Gov. Pritzker's RESPONSE was VERY DISAPPOINTING. Pritzker says that he has allowed college and pro-sports because they have MORE RESOURCES. That is NOT A GOOD REASON UNDER ILLINOIS LAW! That is why our lawyers have filed this equal protection lawsuit on behalf of parents with kids who now suffer from and have been hospitalized due to DEPRESSION, have DEVELOPED BULIMIA, and are a SUICIDE RISK. Thousands of students who would have been scouted for COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS now will not be able to afford college. Gov. Pritzker has RUINED THE LIVES OF OUR KIDS!
