Edmonton is a liveable city. But not if taxes are too high!

This is a short update on Sunday evening, January 9th.

Today we are over the 2000 mark!  Thanks everyone for signing and promoting our message to City Council about their big mistake with the budget.

I have decided that when we have 2500 signatures I will take it to City Hall.  I will request to speak at a Council meeting.   Anybody can ask to speak; it's best to register in advance at edmonton.ca.

Our petition has no legal weight.  But it certainly has moral authority.  If 2500 people or more have signed that is a big expression of concern about the failure to create a workable budget that recognizes these uncertain times.

Please spread the word.  Post the link on Facebook!  If 100 people do that we will be over 2500 in no time!
