The momentum is still there: 50 signatures this morning!

Hi Everyone,

Shirley C posted this picture yesterday on NextDoor.  It's a screenshot of a 311 submission requesting the city remove the windrow from the bicycle lane.

BUT the windrow was only there because the city scraped the snow from the sidewalk into the bicycle lane after the city crew that cleared the bicycle lane dumped the snow on the sidewalk.

We have a problem at city hall.  They can budget better and they can become a whole lot more efficient.  Less waste = lower taxes.

The City Manager is looking for millions in savings as part of this budget.  But unless radical transformation happens I don't believe he will find them without cutting services.

Very sad.
