Over the last decade, we have seen two novel corona viruses (SARS and Cov-19) introduced into the human population from China. At the time of this writing, it is unknown how many thousands or tens of thousands of lives will be claimed by the latter, but it is already known that there will be significant loss of life and economic turmoil as a result. 

It is widely accepted and understood that these viruses are introduced into human populations when wild animal species such as bats, pangolins, etc are captured and consumed (especially in close proximity to other animals). 

Not only are the Chinese hunting many species of animals and aquatic wildlife into extinction, but their failure to regulate the consumption of these products is putting the entirety of humanity at danger. 

In 2020, we have seen the tremendous ability of the Chinese Communist Party to take extreme measures to change the behavior of its people for the common good of humanity. As such, we demand that China form strict regulations around the capture and consumption of wild animals. No longer should Chinese merchants and consumers be able to hunt and consume these animals at the risk of all of humanity!
