Millions of parents are having the right to support their own children, taken away by the child maintenance service. Mainly because we cannot afford to treat our children on our given days, as the little we have spare to spend treating them, is taken away and given to our childrens other parent to spend as they please!! I do however support the law for those dads/mums to pay CSA if they do not have shared care as only 1 parent is being left to support their child/children, but for us parents who spend thousands in court fees fighting to see our children, wanting to treat our children on our given days, by buying new clothes, shoes and much needed day to day items for our children to pay CSA/CMS is outrageous... SHOULD we stand back and let our children suffer and miss out on having these things because we can no longer afford to treat our children, pay CSA AND continue to pay court fees all at once??? SHOULDN'T the amount of money we spend on our children while they are in our care go into consideration, aswell as the days/nights they spend with us??? CSA/CMS are blind to the fact they are driving parents into poverty, leaving us unable to pay for our own daily living expenses, forcing us into making unnecessary sacrifices that cause our children to lose out, when they should be gaining from spending time with us.. HELP us change this Law and ask that each parent be treated fairly, especially those who continue to fight for their children no matter what the cost!!! HELP us change the laws and give the children the life the deserve it takes 2 parents to support a child not just one in my case i see my son from sunday to wednesday thats half the week but i am still forced to pay CSA/CMS WHY???
