The proposed Coaling Island Land Reclamation to accommodate the new Victoria Keys Development is contrary to the Gibraltar Development Plan. Where is the infrastructure such as a Sewage Treatment Plant and Road Network to support this massive development, more so with the closure of Line Wall Road adding further traffic to an already busy and congested Queensway.
