Mise à jour sur la pétition"SAVE GIBRALTAR !!!"QUESTION TO CHIEF MINISTER GBC TV TONIGHT @ 9.30PM

Dear Chief Minister

All, if not all nearly all, of Gibraltar's large residential construction sites have been granted exemption certificates, for reasons that appear 'weak', to say the least, such as 'unstable scaffolding' and 'foundations below sea level' etc etc, which beggars the question why were these sites were granted construction licences in the first place.

Gibraltar is in Lockdown, and the law respecting members of the community are staying in their homes and having to endure construction pollution not only in the form of noise, but more importantly in the form of dust pollution, which will not help those who are having breathing difficulties due to Coronavirus. To add insult to injury some construction sites are still operating into the hours of darkness.

What is the REAL reason for these non essential construction sites still operating?

Is this not putting Profit before People?

And why are construction workers, who are mostly Spanish and Portuguese, not sent home to their loved ones at this time of crisis, thus freeing up valuable bed spaces at hotels which could be used as hospital overflow if needed?

TUNE IN TONIGHT. LETS SEE IF THE CHIEF MINISTER CHOOSES TO ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS

PLEASE SIGN & SHARE OUR PETITION

Many thanks

"SAVE GIBRALTAR!!!"
