We as Americans are both upset and terrified at the prospect of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), commonly called the Coronavirus, from spreading in our country and around the world. From a public health perspective, it is inevitable that this virus will affect us here in America. 

The time to act is now. The time to be prepared is now. We cannot wait until more lives are lost. Because there is no active cure for this virus,
we request that as soon as Coronavirus patients are diagnosed, they receive appropriate dose of vitamin C through an IV bag directly into their bloodstreams as supportive care. This will support the body fight off this virus or help the body’s immune system until a cure can be found. Vitamin C is water soluble (meaning you pee it out).

Administered properly, this cannot hurt patients. It could help our bodies fight this thing off until a real cure is found.

What does this petition call for?

1) A medical doctor who is familiar with IV Vitamin C   and supportive vitamin care installed as a consultant at the CDC - to establish supportive care protocol that includes intravenous Vitamin C for Coronavirus and new Coronavirus patients in the US. 

2) Vitamin C bags to be distributed to all hospitals and healthcare centers for supportive care.

3) Awareness of the benefits of vitamin C as supportive care for Coronavirus.
