Dean William Rainford's recent comments on Twitter disparaging the accusers of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh are embarrassing to the entire CUA community, antithetical to the mission of the National Catholic School of Social Service, and deeply insulting to anyone who has ever confided in a social worker about sexual abuse.  As proud, but concerned alumni, we call on the Board of Trustees, President Garvey, and Provost Abella to censure and/ or discipline Dean Rainford for his actions.
