21 questions for California Governor Gavin Newsome

On the morning of November 6th, the mainstream media outlets announced that Joe Biden had won the 2020 presidential election. On that same day Gavin Newsome, the Governor of California, celebrated the declaration with a group of Democratic Party elites & supporters hosted by lobbyist Jason Kinney at the esteemed Napa Valley restaurant The French Laundry defying his own draconian decrees forcing the rest of Californians to intentionally lock down their lives.

On November 13th the San Francisco Chronicle published an article exposing Newsome's attendance at the event stating that it was in violation of Newsome's mandates for group gatherings of more than 3 households. There were also OVER 12 people in attendance and, very likely, the event largely surpassing the "2 Hour Time Limit" on all social events (a dining experience at The French Laundry averages 4-6 hours in duration).

On November 13th Governor Newsome released the following statement to the SF Chronicle in response the article...

“While our family followed the restaurant’s health protocols and took safety precautions, we should have modeled better behavior and not joined the dinner,”

Newsome has NOT commented further on the matter and is not being asked to explain anything about the events of the evening by the mainstream media.

Let me be clear about my position on this matter. Over the past year, Gavin Newsome has permanently and purposefully destroyed the lives and livelihood of many of my family and friends in California under the guise of protecting Californians from COVID-19 even though the death rate per citizen is only 0.00145% (18,200 deaths/12,577,500 people in CA). Yes, that is the correct death rate and is NOT anywhere close to justifying destroying decades of hard work spent building our lives in California.

Given the ramifications of his oppressive actions, Californians deserve a full and thorough explanation of what really happened at that dinner on November 6th and not the stock answer "we should have modeled better behavior."

Newsome needs to answer very simple questions related to the party and these are questions the people of California have the right to know:

1) On what day were you invited to this party and when did you commit to attending?

2) How many guests were part of the entire party and how many tables were used?

3) How many other guests were at the French Laundry at the time the event took place and were any of those guests friends or acquaintances of Jason Kinney and/or Newsome?

4) What time did the first guest show up and when did they leave?

5) When did you and your wife show up and when did you leave?

6) Was there a cocktail reception before being seated, how long did it last and were guests separated by 6 feet at all times?

7) Was there any physical contact between guests like hand shaking, hugging or kissing upon arrival or departure?

8) How many people sat at the Newsome table and what are their names?

9) Did Jason Kinney record a list of all names and email addresses of all attendees as required to be recorded for Contact Tracing?

10) Were there any speeches or announcements during the event and were they done with masks on or off?

11) Did all attendees wear masks during the entire meal only removing them when eating or drinking as mandated?

12) If this was a Private Event were disposable dishes, flatware and napkins used as mandated?

13) Who was in attendance from the Newsome Administration?

14) Were any policies related to COVID-19 discussed at the Newsome table and, if so, what were the issues discussed?

15) How much money was spent for the entire event and how much wine vs. food was consumed?

16) Who paid for the meals and do you have a verifiable credit card receipt to prove the payment?

17) Were there any pictures or video of the event taken by any of the guests?

18) Were there any pictures or video of the event taken by other restaurant diners?

19) Were there any security officers used for the event and will they be available for questioning?

20) Did groups of guests take tours of the French Laundry grounds or the kitchen as is often offered to VIP guests?

21) Will the staff of The French Laundry be available for interviews to attest to the validity of the answers to these questions?

Californians are DEMANDING the answers to these questions and if no answers are forthcoming then why should any person or business in California follow the Draconian Restrictions when the Governor so blatantly defies his own mandates?

To some, these questions may seem a bit “over the top” or “personally invasive” but having Gavin Newsome tell Californians how to run our family gatherings and turn our lives upside down makes these questions much less intrusive than they seem.

My Fellow Californians! We have to hold these criminal politicians accountable for the destitution of our lives and livelihoods. ...Real People…that implemented these draconian policies to shutdown our state and destroy what we spent our lifetimes building.

Gavin Newsome had the biggest hand in destroying the businesses and the livelihoods of millions of Californians.

A simple "we should have modeled better behavior" will not be enough.
