Continue the Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program (SSEAYP)

The Issue

- The Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program (SSEAYP) and the Ship for World Youth (SWY) Program, sponsored by the Japanese government, have fostered friendship and greater understanding of culture, history, heritage, customs and religion, etc. among youths from Japan, ASEAN and other nations around the world.
- Those programs have contributed greatly to broaden our multicultural and international perspective necessary to live in the globalized society.
