The British Monarchy are not above the law.   They must not use their wealth to bypass the legal system in the U.K. or abroad.  

As such the Royal Family should be suspended with immediate effect, all their assets removed and their bank accounts frozen.   Then we should hold a referendum on the future of the monarchy with an option to abolish it completely and redistribute their wealth and property.
