On the 19th October 2018, former chief crown prosecuter Nazil Afwaz stated in an interview to BBC radio 4 that in 2008, the labor government under prime Minister Gordon Brown and home secretary Jacqui Smith, sent a circular to all police forces in tjis country saying that " as far as these young girls who are being exploited in towns and cities, we believe that they have made an informed choice about their sexual behavior, and it is therefore not for you police officers to get involved in".

Brown and Smith should be required to explain this 'circular' and why the labor government ignored victims of rape, torture and trafficking, resulting in some instances of murder at the hands of vicious Muslim rape gangs.
