Fines are a deterrent and it is good to impose them on unnecessary travel.  So are unduly high costs imposed together with unnecessary number of tests.  These are continuing to impact people who are forced to travel for valid reasons other than holiday.   The second day test after return is nonsensical especially when a test is already taken before travel from abroad.  Do away with the Day 2 test and have one after 5 days – at a much reduced cost.
