CTM test kits monopoly is turning into anarchy!! My daughter was held on call waiting by CTM for 2 hours and more yesterday to speak to a representative to resolve a double charge for COVID test kit sent twice! They charge us so much and the service is pathetic!! Delayed kits, double shipments, no customer service and overcharging!! For what?? Come guys, let’s keep up the pressure to get rid of this mess!
