This petition is to bring awareness to the Company that their employees are struggling to meet Company and Uniform standards.

Are you struggling to find a Navy winter boot to meet Uniform and Company standards?  Are you having to pay expensive costs to dye your personal boots Navy?  Do you feel that there should be an allowance allotted to your expense account for such items as boots and shoes that the company requires you to provide?

Lately there has been many postings regarding this issue.  This is to provide the Company with a solid and effective voice that employees are struggling to meet standards that are not supported by the company.
