Here's how it works.  To raise awareness for and support the Bloom Safe: Make America The Safest Place To Be A Kid initiative:

1. Paint/Decorate Your RING FINGERS (the fourth finger on each hand) as BOLD ACCENT NAILS (be as creative as you want).
2. POST a Pic of You with Your Nails on INSTAGRAM with the hashtag #RingFingerChallenge
3. TAG @bloom_safe and FIVE (5) OF YOUR FRIENDS to challenge them to join you in raising awareness for BLOOM SAFE: MAKE AMERICA THE SAFEST PLACE TO BE A KID
4. Then SHARE your post in your STORY and add a LINK STICKER to send people to
