Darrelle Raven-Charlo has a 7 month old daughter he has been unable to purchase even one pack of pampers for. He says he is unable to financially support his child, not even with 50 cents for a jar of baby food. By the grace of god he was able to gather enough money to purchase a $4000 dog (during a global pandemic). How he can come up with $4000 for a dog,  but not $2 for his child is truly astonishing. If he’s not responsible enough to take care of a human, we shouldn’t feel safe with him being a puppy parent to a small defenseless and voiceless animal.
 
Darrelle got off of house arrest just a few days ago. He is not currently employed and as we all know, dogs are expensive to take care of. If he cannot provide for his own child, why take on the responsibility of a living breathing animal. By signing this petition you can encourage Darrelle to take care of his daughter, becoming a puppy parent when you don’t have the proper finances to take care of a human is dangerously selfish. Let’s save the puppy's life.
