We want to give the residents of the Cassville (North Cartersville) area more choices for eating and shopping.  We've been told to expect opposition to our re-zoning application for 0 Fire Tower Rd (corner of Hwy 41).  So we need YOUR help and support by signing this petition to tell the County Planning Commission that you want more choices!!!!!

Bartow County is growing with several projects in the Cassville area RIGHT NOW: 

• Hamilton Crossing Park expansion (.25 miles from 0 Fire Tower Rd)
• Cass-White Rd expansion (2.5 miles from 0 Fire Tower Rd)
• Highlands 75 Industrial expansion (5 miles from 0 Fire Tower Rd)

We need more choices for retail, restaurant, and office space without having to go all the way into Cartersville (traffic/construction).

We need your support to take to the Planning Commission, as well as Commissioner Steve Taylor.  We are trying to re-zone 0 Fire Tower Rd to be able to build 20,000 square feet of Premier Retail, Restaurant, and Office space.

Our hearings are Nov 6th & Nov 15, 2017.
