LET's LOBBY THE BC GOVERNMENT!!

The new 15% non-resident tax could cause massive potential economical and legal disaster if Sellers' Buyers are now unable to afford to complete on firm transactions, especially putting at risk Sellers who have made subsequent agreements to purchase. These potential domino-effects could devastate hundreds of innocent parties.

Buyers and Sellers have in good faith made agreements and removed subjects with all the information and legistlation that was currently available at the time. The BC Government's actions should NOT be retroactive! They should exempt ALL current transactions from this new tax.
