Take action against Kristen Lindsey who killed a cat with a bow and arrow

This person shoots a poor innocent cat with a bow and arrow then post in to her facebook account like it nothing. We need to start taking action against people who harm animal. She killed someones pet cat for no other reason than the fun of it. No more slaps on the wrist stricter punishment needs to happen or there will never be a end to killing family pets
