We had the cascade of court cases collapse last year because UK police hid incriminating texts clearly showing various male's innocence of rape amd sexual assault.
As a gay male I have been accused of assault and sexual assault on many the occasion by drunken females during the course of my duties at work.
We have had Premier league footballer Ched Evans jailed for a rape he didn't commit becuase the victim had a habit of drunkenly participating in wild sex.
Harvey Weinstein's accusers are now being dropped as its been discovered some have lied and others were told to delete messages from their phones by the police.
Just last week in Ireland a male was found not guilty of rape because of the lace pants the female was wearing. The courts realised the importance of non verbal sexual signals, and that includes clothing.
Not to mention what Bret Kavenaugh went through and his accusers now admitting they lied for attention.
These examples are only the tip of the iceberg.
We need to thoroughly investigate the sexual history of females who accuse men of sexual assault.
We need to protect males from predatory females.
Courts need to know if a females sexual behaviours or prowess change when they drink. Rape fantasies, revenge, jealousy, attention. Females have far too many reasons to invent instances of sexual assault. We need this to be open knowledge for the courts.
With modern forensics and public awareness, there is no excuse to not have proof.
It's too easy to say a male raped someone. It's time we made the process very difficult and with very heavy consequences for false accusations.
It's time to protect the truly vulnerable members of society.
