As widely reported and amply verified, the Trump regime has already initiated a plot to disrupt, discredit and disable the November 3 election by multiple strategies of voter suppression, armed intimidation, attempts to invalidate mail-in ballots, refusal to commit to an orderly transfer of power in the event of losing the election, and incitement of violent acts to sabotage due process with implicit threats of civil war.

Our response to this unprecedented usurpation of unconstitutional powers:

• We commit to turning out the largest percentage of voters in modern American history to produce an electoral rejection of this
  illegitimate regime.
• If despite every effort on our part to assure a resounding rejection of this attempted electoral coup the Trump regime claims victory in the face of all evidence to the contrary, we will withdraw our consent to be governed by an illegitimate authority and refuse to obey any edict or act that contravenes the Constitution. We will make it
  impossible for the Trump regime to function.

• We will join with all states, cities, counties, private and nonprofit sector institutions, civil society movements and foreign cities and nations to curb the pandemic and create an efficient public health system, launch a green recovery for economic revival with affordable, renewable sources of energy, chart a transition to a just and shared prosperity, and renew the sovereignty and right to vote of all citizens.
