Free Jeffrey Sterling!

Free Jeffrey Sterling!
The Issue
Overturn Jeffrey Sterling's conviction of espionage, charged on January 26th 2015 because we agree that: by your own terms,
A trail of phone calls and emails of unknown content is purely circumstantial evidence and cannot be reasonably sufficient to prove that Mr Sterling leaked classified information beyond reasonable doubt, and
by our terms,
That expanding the Espionage Act, a World War 1 era law meant to target spies who help foreign governments, is a misappropriation of the law, when used to punish employees of the American Government who reveal unlawful or immoral incidents of practices.
Where there is a question of unlawful or immoral government behaviour that is not in the interest of the safety of the general public, that the person who leaks such information should not be punished (as we agree is the case here with Nuclear Blueprints that contain correct information about how to build WMD).
We also believe that Sterling's possible sentence of 80 years is completely outrageous and we are suspicious of the fact that there has been little media coverage of Mr Sterling's Case. We perceive that one of the causal factors to the ludicrous possible sentence and the underreporting is due to institutional racism. We therefore see him as a victim of aforesaid crime, and expect that those responsible may be punished accordingly.
