The Public Hearing for the Saanich Quadra McKenzie Plan is set for Tuesday JUNE 16, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.

This may be your last chance to speak out regarding the plan and its transportation aspects before the plan is passed.

The well over 6000 people to have signed this petition, have been critical in getting the District of Saanich to pull back heavily on disastrous plans to reduce automobile traffic to single vehicular traffic on either side of Quadra and McKenzie.

However, anything is still possible.  Does the District of Saanich decide to revert to the original disastrous plan typologies?  You can practically guarantee that the lobby to reduce vehicle lanes as much as possible will be out in force at the public hearing.

This is likely your last chanceu to speak out on what you want for the future of these critical transportation arteries prior to Saanich Council adopting the Quadra McKenzie Plan.
