To the people of Inukjuak and friends of the North,

For nearly ten years, I have had the immense honor of living among you, teaching your children, and learning every day from your strength, kindness, and incredible resilience.

I will soon be retiring.

Throughout these years, I have done my best to work with respect and sincerity so that the young people of Inukjuak and the North can grow up strong, proud, and confident.

Today, I ask for your truth.

If you have seen, even in the slightest, directly or from afar, that I have given my time and my heart to children, youth, and families, please simply sign to bear witness to this.

Your signature alone is already very powerful.  

It says "thank you" to those who have been loyal and honest to you.

It shows that Inuit know how to recognize and honor those who have given so much and dedicated years of their lives to the community.
