Thank you for supporting Berklee faculty!

Thank you for supporting Berklee faculty!
The Issue
UPDATE: October 18, 2022
The Union is pleased to announce it has reached a tentative agreement with Berklee for a new 3-year contract. We achieved significant progress on all fronts: wages, workload, equity, facilities, and additional benefits for full-time faculty, part-time faculty, Conservatory faculty, and retirees.
This outcome would not have been possible without the collective and unwavering support of faculty, students, alumni, parents, and the incredible community that formed around a shared vision of empowering Berklee faculty to provide a world-class education and training for Berklee students.
On behalf of faculty members of the College and Conservatory, the Berklee Faculty Union says "THANK YOU!"

Add your voice in support of faculty at Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory at Berklee!
The faculty of Berklee College of Music are bargaining with administration for a contract to replace the current agreement.
To continue to provide Berklee students with a world-class education and first-rate professional training, we are asking administration to invest in faculty in the following ways:
- pay commensurate with our professional achievements, elevated living costs, and impact of inflation
- expanded commitment to accessible, safe, and healthy facilities
- equitable conditions and compensation for all faculty, especially Conservatory faculty
- increased job security for part-time faculty
- adherence to accreditor recommendations on workload
For the entire summer and now into the fall, administration has
- dismissed our requests for substantive dialogue on important issues
- refused to acknowledge considerable and long-standing inequities for part-time faculty and faculty at Boston Conservatory
- rejected proposals that recognize faculty contributions to the stability and success of the institution
We need your voice!
Sign below and tell Berklee President Erica Muhl why you support Berklee faculty. Thank you!
