We are a large group of the Australian people who has been waiting for Novavax to arrive in Dec. 2021, which is now said to have a 15 days of delay and achievable in mid Jan. 2022. Most of us have lost our jobs due to waiting for Novavax which we believe is the best option for us. We would like to emphasize that we are not anti-vax at all. We just need the protein based vaccination. We have gone through a stressful time to keep our jobs but in the end and after a lot of struggle, most of us have lost them, gone through a mental damage and have had financial hardships. 

As most of the employers are asking for double jab certificate, we really need and want to have novavax by mid Jan. 2022, so our next job plans are not destroyed. Regarding the fact that there is approximately three weeks time lag between the two jabs, our second jab will be at the first week of Feb. 2022. This means that we can really start our new jobs in mid Feb. 2022. 

Till then most of us are relying on ourselves and savings. This petition is to show how much dependent we are on novavax release date, both mentally and financially.  

We hope that the announced date of mid Jan. 2022 is the last date for us to stand in the line to get vaccinated.
