Coach Mike Leach led the Texas Tech Red Raider football team to their most winning season ever in 2009, and then was fired after allegations a player was mistreated.  No charges were ever filed against Coach Leach, but when Texas Tech fired him, they never paid him the rest of what he was owed under contract.
