We demand a refund of all campus related student services. Bus, recreation center, medical, and other student services, in the per student amount of $342. We also argue for a refund of 50% the tuition amount, on the basis that we are fundamentally no longer receiving the education we contractually agreed to. Texas State university is not meeting its obligation to us the Student body. The quality of our education this semester will be less than what was agreed upon. This semester will be a total loss, we deserve and demand fair treatment and refund for the Universities failure to meet its obligation of providing classroom instruction.
