Who is Stormie and why is the law so important? Stormie was born in Germany, a military brat. Over the years she lived in many different places- Germany, Georgia, Alaska, Louisiana, Oregon, Colorado and these cities in Texas- San Antonio, El Paso, Midland, Crossroads, Lubbock and Lancaster. She loved Texas so much she had an outline of it tattooed behind her ear!

She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School, 2015, in Midland, Tx. She worked at various places including HEB, Outback, Abuelos, Little Woodrow’s and Cujos.

I don’t know that you’ll find a person who met her that didn’t fall in love with her positive, happy personality. Her smile brightened every room she entered.

She loves to sing and dance. She is an avid reader. She always had music playing- her taste varied from Queen, Bob Marley, Kevin Gates, 50 Cent, Amy Winehouse, Opera, Classical, Jazz, pop, rock, trap, rap, some country, etc... As you can see, she loved all kinds of music!

She is a writer and loved several movies. Her favorites included Star Wars, Harry Potter, Fight Club and Ted. Her favorite holiday is Halloween. Her favorite candy is gummy bears- she’d bite the heads off first, so she didn’t feel so bad. She loves tattoos and each of hers has special meanings. 

Stormie believed in the power of positivity and was quick to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She loved to travel and explore new places. She was a best friend to her siblings and many others. She had many dreams and goals that were stolen from her.

Stormie has 4 brothers, 2 sisters, a niece, parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, several cousins and friends whose life has been forever changed by the confessed actions of one person.

When a loved one is taken from you in such a manner, your life is shattered. Personally, I still struggle with the disbelief, I still expect her to call or FaceTime me. I am disappointed daily when this doesn’t happen. I will never see my baby get married, open up her dream business with her brother, grow old, travel with her, hear her laugh or see her smile again. Not only was she robbed, we were too.

Why is this Law important? NO, loved one of a confessed murder victims family should have to endure any more stress and pain, than they already have. We know this Law will not help with our pain, but even if it helps just one victims loved ones, then our goal will be accomplished.

Join us, help us, fight for other victims loved ones peace of mind! We are only asking that a confessed murderers right to bond be abolished.
