Dear TEXFEB Supporters,

Monday marked the end of the 87th Regular Texas Legislative Session.

We fought hard and while we didn’t get everything we need, we secured a lot more during this legislative session than we would have it hadn’t been for YOU. Thank you for your support! Your voices, emails, calls and actions sent a clear signal to the Legislature: Act NOW to save REPs, diminish damage to ratepayers and make right the state’s mistakes from Winter Storm Uri.

But the fight is far from over and we still need you in it. That’s why although the session ended just hours ago, we’re already evaluating how best to continue pushing elected officials to do more to fix the fallout from this February and save Texas jobs and businesses. It’s not fair to punish Texans for its state government’s mistakes and we’re going to hold lawmakers accountable.
