Today, TXFEB members testify in support of SB 2227, which would provide market-wide access to low-cost financing for energy providers.

This important legislation protects Texas ratepayers from inflated energy costs from Winter Storm Uri.

 We are asking that they support SB 2227 and amend HB 4492 to allow retail energy providers to access low-cost financing. Both bills work to protect Texas ratepayers and businesses from inflated energy costs.
