Since taking over as pitching coach for the Texas Rangers, Doug Brocail has shown time and time again he is not the man for the job. He has no leadership or concern for the pitchers and does not know when to keep the pitchers in the game or pull them. Our bullpen is lacking badly and could use some true coaching.  He harldly ever makes any visits to the mound and when he does it looks like his recommendations are ill received by his staff.. We need a coach that knows what he is doing and Brocail is NOT it
