Texas has many state symbols from our state flower (bluebonnets) to our state snack (tortilla chips and salsa). However, Texas doesn't have a state beverage; what could be more fitting than sweet tea? This beverage has been enjoyed by all Texans for generations; therefore, it deserves to be honored as a Texas state symbol forever.
