Hector Garza residential treatment center is home of TYC and CPS at-risk children. The staff is allowed to restrain the children if the children are out of line. They offer you a three-course meal every day only portions or by your dietary needs. 

What happens behind closed doors is that the staff attacks children. Our cries for our parents and closure for the outside world goes unnoticed. 

Other children are allowed to attack you and to abuse you in every way possible.

The children of Hector Garza has suffered not only emotionally but mentally & physically. 

we were constantly berated and told that we will never be friends and be family out in the free.this place is no place for any CPS children that has a suffered from abused from home.

please help us the former children of Hector Garza shut this place down so no child has to suffer from nightmares or abuse from the hands of the staff members or other children.

The psychiatric and the medical care did not have a care in the for our mental health and well-beings. 

We were only allowed medical attention during dire straits. 

and psychiatric help was only administered only whenever you threatened to harm or you expressed any emotion.
