On April 18th 2017 my husband and I were approached by six Randall County Sheriff's Department deputies and two Child Protective Services' social workers at our new home! They demanded our daughters and when we refused to surrender our girls to them, because they had no court order or warrant; they threatened my husband and I with deadly force! We had no choice but to surrender our girls! The charges brought against my husband were aggravated sexual assault on a minor! The worst charge a person can receive other than murder. When the state saw that they had NO physical evidence against my husband they dropped the original charges against Tony and brought up 12 new charges. A few months later the DA of Randall County dropped the 12 charges and ten days later brought up 14 charges! My husband went to trial on March 5th 2019. We were denied a speedy trial. My husband had a court appointed lawyer, recommended by veteran friends; we felt we were in good hands. In the trial my husband was not defended but persecuted and had NO ONE called to testify on his behalf. The Court appointed was paid $15,000. to allow the prosecution to crucify Tony even though they knew they had NO evidence against him! My husband's appeal was just posted and the Seventh Court of Appeals affirmed the decision of the lower court's argument that you do not have to present ALL evidence to the jury to get a conviction. KNOWING that the DA requested a new trial saying that my husband's defense attorney's representation was defective! My husband is a ten year disabled veteran of the United States Navy! He was a Master at Arms and served two tours in the Middle East! He is a loving father and husband who has NEVER had a criminal record before this! The last time I saw my eldest daughter she warned me that the SANE nurse, "hurt her and made her bleed!" She also told me that they were making her say things about her daddy that were not true and threatening her sisters! I can PROVE my husband's INNOCENCE! I KNOW this is an attempt to prevent our family from getting justice from Texas! I have written ALL the leaders of Texas asking for their help as my husband and I both served, defended and fought for them. I expected the same courtesy. Even though my husband has NO evidence against him he was convicted and sentenced to 110 years!
