The Texas Democratic Party has passed a resolution at their state convention that calls on the Governor, all members of the Texas State Senate, and all members of the Texas House of Representatives to commit to suppor the Texas CROWN Act and pass it into law as soon as possible.

Texas State Representative Rhetta Bowers has committed to re-introducing the Texas CROWN Act legislation for the next Texas Legislative Session in 2023.
