Thank you for taking time to sign the petition to make The Crown Act law in the State of Texas. Today we reached 200 signatures and I am committed to working on this important issue until it becomes law in Texas.

As you know, the wearing of our natural hair should never be used against us in our schools. Wearing our natural hair is a civil rights and education equity issue. By standing together we can support our elected officials in making this law and ending hair discrimination.
