Everyday animals are being beaten,starved,neglected, and even killed due to animal abuse. IT NEEDS TO END. Those responsible for it should be punished severely and we need more people to help save those animals and ENFORCE that WE WILL NOT stand for it anymore. Please help these poor animals by making a law against animal abuse or atleast give more support/funds//etc to ASPCA or tothose who try to save these poor creatures! 

If we manage to get enough signatures, We could move on to to the next steps to STOP ANIMAL ABUSE!, LET THE TEXAS GOVERNOR know that WE WONT STAND FOR IT ANYMORE! Lets make it to the governor and maybe the white house! ENFORCE THESE NO ANIMAL ABUSE LAWS!!!!!
