Hello, my name is freddy Cisneros I live in Brownsville, TX. I haved work petrol/chemical Refinerys , All over the Unided States Mainly in TEXAS for almost Ten years as Boilermaker & Pipefitter II. I got sick twice in that ten year work span. since I have no insurance, I cross over the border to Mexico to see a doctor plus madications at a fair price. ( Got called for a job) hair follicle is a must. Got the results as Positive for cocaine user. Two weeks later I payed for my own hair follicle to see what was the issue with this positive result . Since I'm not a drug user. Turns out I was negative. Disa wouldn't accept my payed follicle collection results. And suspended me, had to attend rehab classes and loose money. After I was done DISA return to duty approved me to work on DISA refinery sites, again got sick and again crossed to mexico. Applied for a job got hired and hair follicle again. Results came in POSITIVE. I have a wife and two kids to support they know for a fact I am not a DRUG user and still DISA denied my out of pocket payed hair collection results and suspended me for 3yrs. not able to work any refinery with Disa drug collection sites. I have lost alot of high paying jobs, even today again lost a turnaround job in corpus christi cuase of my suspension with disa. It's not fair when I have family to support. It take's a big toll out of my family and streesses out my wife, knowing she can't do anything about it, Disa needs to end suspensions and re-look at their rules and regulations.
