My boyfriend Rodney Prieto is being charged with the murder of Jesus Alfredo  Alvarez Catalino; after,  Rodney, Robert and Alavarez got into an Altercation. Resulting in the Death of Rodneys Brother Robert Prieto. Alvarez brought a gun to the scene. After alvarez ran over Robert with the SUV Rodney got a hold of the weapon and shot Alvarez resulting in Alvarez death.  My boyfriend acted in Self defence and is facing first degree Murder please help us put pressure on the Texas County District attorney's office to drop all charges since this is a clear case of self defence.
