When you take your fur-baby to an animal emergency hospital, or even just a regular vet, you are usually going in to receive help from them. 

When you go to the Guadalupe Animal Hospital, whose Veterinarian, Atalla Ishak, has now also taken over for the Shady Grove Animal Hospital as well, you typically run into even more issues you went in with rather then any being solved. 

Atalla Ishak has a very wide reputation around the Irving and Bedford areas, and not for anything good. There has been numerous occasions he has been reported for things like: incorrect diagnosis, incorrect care to wrong diagnosis cause more damage, lack of communication during care, prescribing medication to cats that was for dogs only, complications during surgery leading to death, over charging people for unneeded work, leaving animals unattended in cruel circumstances for over 48 hours, and etc. 

There are hundreds of reviews on how poorly Mr. Atalla Ishak treats his patients, misusing his Veterinarians License. 

Both of these animal hospitals need him replaced immediately.

I brought my two cats to get spayed at 8am. They told me to pick them up at 5:15pm. I get there to pick up my girls and they place me in a room and give me the horrible news that one of my cats DIED after the procedure was done. “

“ I recently took my dog to this vet ❌Atalla Isah Lic # 13273 because he had diarrhea. We paid almost $ 400 to see what my dog had and this vet told us there was nothing wrong with him. Everything is fine. Our dog died 2 hours after the visit where they gave him medication that was not suitable for him. It really annoys me that they did not take much interest in our dog in this place and now he is dead. “

“ The staff was very nice! BUT!!!! The Dr did make a rude comment saying that I was holding his staff up because I could not hurry and decide rather to put my very old dog down or do testing. I felt like he didn't really care about me or my family dog. “

“ This company is a scam. They had to change their name due to them having so many bad reviews at Guadalupe so they renamed their clinic. The vet there is only in it for the money and it showed when he refused to give me my dog back after getting called out on them. If you care about your pet I’d look elsewhere. “

I showed up believing this was the location, when we were in the back room my boyfriend mentioned him seeing the name Guadalupe, that was an immediate red flag. I did more research and come to find out THEY ARE THE SAME PLACE!!!!

I asked them to get my dog back less than 5 min after they took her. 
They REFUSED!!! I had to PAY to get my dog BACK!!!!!! “

The reviews go on and on, how can he keep his license after all of these incidents? How many innocentanimals will they let him kill?
